MUNDANE
: Found in the ordinary, unexciting course of events.
Synonym: everyday, humdrum, boring, quotidian, routine, workaday, ordinary
_The witnesses said that the shooting had nothing to do with the victims’ religious beliefs but had to do with a mundane parking spot dispute.
_At first blush, the question seems uncomplicated and slightly mundane.

HEDONIST
: Someone motivated by desires for sensual pleasures.
Synonym: sybarite, pleasure seeker, debauchee.

_He has a sense on hedonist that is why it is worthless to talk him through about furthering his studies.
