DAY NINETY THREE #93

1.            INSINUATE: to suggest indirectly or subtly.
Mum kept insinuating me not to take medic as my field because she was worried I get too busy and forget her.

2.            BASHFUL: shy, excessively timid.
If you want to be a debater, you have to start opening up from your cocoon and do not be bashful.

3.            PALLID: lacking color.
The painting by a professional artist is beautiful but somehow it seems a bit pallid.

4.            ABJECT:  wretched, pitiful.
Hamis had struggled hard to bring happiness in the family again after his father’s death. But his attempts never succeeded and he was abject.

5.            LINCHPIN: something that holds separate parts together.
The linchpin of our family bond is trust.
