DAY FIFTY SIX #56
1. INDIGNATION:
anger sparked by something unjust or unfair.
I
prefer to keep quiet of for the rest of the day because of my indignation at
the issue proposed in the meeting.
2. FORSAKE:
to give up, renounce.
It is
time for Abibos to forsake smoking and drinking.
3. PERUSAL”
a careful examination, review.
We did
our last perusal on our thesis before we submitted it to be officially
published.
4. ABRIDGE:
to cut down, shorten.
The reports on the newspapers were slightly deviated since
the witness only told an abridge story of what happened at the murder scene.
The reporters misinterpreted it and made assumptions.
5. EVINCE:
to show, reveal.
It
evince how worried dad was waiting for mom in the labor room when throughout
the time he was sweating and could not sit still.
