1.            PERTINACIOUS: stubbornly persistent.

                His mother was worried with his pertinacious that Babadook lived in his closet.

2.            EXACERBATE: to make more violence, intense.

                My fear to watch killing or horror movies was exacerbate when I watched Saw.

3.            INDIGENOUS: originating in a region.

                Most people taught tulips were indigenous to Spain, but it was not, tulips are indigenous to Turkey.

4.          ADAMANT: impervious, immovable, unyielding.

Despite the petition given by 71 scientists to stop the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima, the president still remained adamant about his decision.

               With the invention of cars powered by water, petroleum was no longer obsolete.
